Ghoulish Goblet

• 1.5 oz VSOP Brandy
• 0.5 oz Cointreau Orange Liquer
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Ginger Beer

Method: Stir brandy, Cointreau, lime juice, and bitters until chilled and dump into a copper mule mug. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and lime zest.

• 1.5 oz VSOP Brandy
• 4 oz Hot Apple Cider + Winter Spices

Method: Warm the apple cider over medium-high heat with the winter spices. Pour into a mug and mix in the VSOP Brandy. Garnish with apple slices.

Fearless Sour

• 2 oz Red Cask Whisky
• 1 oz Spicy Cranberry Syrup (Simple syrup muddled with cranberries and habaneros)
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 0.25 oz Egg White

Method: Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with three cranberries.

•2 oz Rose Petal Infused Ice Storm Vodka (Soak dried rose petals in vodka for 24 hours)
•1 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Raspberry Hibiscus or Cherry Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• Muddled Blackberry and Fresh Mint

Method: Wet the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and roll the glass in freshly chopped mint leaves. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a Nick and Norah glass.

•2 oz Pumpkin Vanilla Liquor
• 2 oz Cold Brew Coffee
• 0.5 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Heavy Cream

Method: Build in your rocks glass over ice and stir. Float the heavy cream on top using a bar spoon. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

• 2 oz Maple Cask Whisky
• 1 oz Pumpkin Spiced Syrup (Old Fashioned Simple Syrup + Pumpkin Puree)
• 1 oz Lemon Juice

Method: Rim a rocks glass with cinnamon. Shake all ingredients over ice until cold. Double strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon.

• 2.5 oz Ice Cask Whisky
• 1.5 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
• 1 Barspoon Stir Crazy Orange Bitters
• 1.5 oz Baco Noir
• shark fin orange peel

Method: Add whisky, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass full of ice. Stir until chilled and dump into a rocks glass. Top with 1.5 oz. Baco Noir, float on top. Garnish with an orange peel cut in the shape of a shark fin.

Boo! Berry Mojito

• 2 oz Maple Cask Whisky
• 1 tsp blueberry jam
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Basil Simple Syrup
• fresh mint
• 1 can club soda

Method: In a shaker muddle the mint and blueberry jam. Add lemon juice and whisky and shake thoroughly. Strain in tall glass over ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint and an orange pumpkin.

• 2.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
• 0.5 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Maple Cask Whisky
• 2 oz Maple Cream Liquor
• 1.5 oz Amber Ale

Method: Garnish your glass with a cinnamon sugar rim. Add all ingredients (except ale) to a shaker. Shake with ice until chilled and pour into a pint glass filled with ice. Top with ale and cinnamon sugar.

1/2 Orange wheel
1/2 Lemon wheel
14 oz Compliments® Organic Amber Rich Maple Syrup
2 oz. Wayne Gretzky Red Cask Whisky

Method: In a rocks glass, add ½ orange wheel, ½ lemon wheel and ¼ oz. maple syrup. Gently muddle. Fill rocks glass with ice, add 2 oz. Wayne Gretzky Whisky and two dashes of bitters. Stir to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a large orange peel.

1.75 oz Any KVAS Cocktail Syrup (Honey Lavender, Ginger, Old Fashioned, Basil)
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Sparkling Water Lemon Lime
8 oz Chilled Gretzky Premium Lager or Session Ale

Method: Build cocktail in a chilled pint glass, stir and enjoy! Garnish with an orange slice.

Tip: You could also do ½ ginger ale and ½ beer, if desired!

Brunch Punch

1 bottle of chilled Wayne Gretzky Artisanal Rosé Spirit
1 bottle of chilled sparkling wine (we love Trius Brut or Brut Rosé)
26 oz chilled cranberry juice
1 orange, sliced
5 stalks of rosemary
¼ cup of hot water
1 cup of frozen cranberries
1 cup of frozen strawberries

Method: In a kettle bring water to a boil. Place all rosemary in a mug or Mason jar, and add ¼ cup of hot water. Let steep until room temperature. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, sparkling wine, and Rosé spirit. Slice orange and add to mix. Add rosemary, with ¼ cup of water to mix and stir.

When ready to serve, add the frozen strawberries and cranberries, and stir. This will chill down your punch without diluting it. Serve in punch glasses or in small-rocks glasses filled with ice.

Ginger Rose Negroni

1 oz. Wayne Gretzky Estates Rosé Artisanal Spirit
¾ oz. KVAS Ginger Wildflower Simple Syrup
12 shakes of Dillon’s DSB Bitters

Method: Add Rosé spirit, ginger wildflower syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass, and garnish with lemon zest.

Muscat Mojito

1 ½ oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Muscat Spirit
¾ oz lime juice
1 oz honey lavender simple syrup
3 sprigs of mint
ice
soda water
sprigs of mint and lime for garnish

Method: Add Muscat spirit, lime juice, simple syrup and 3 sprigs of mint in shaker. Lightly muddle the mint in the shaker to release the flavours, then add a scoop of ice into the shaker and shake until chilled or “too-cold-to-hold”. Strain cocktail and pour over ice into a rocks glass. Top with a small splash of soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint and lime slices.

Upside Down Pumpkin Sour

½ oz lemon
2 oz muscat
1 ½ oz ginger syrup
4 mint leaves
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 egg white or 1/4 tube ms. betters bitters

Method: Add all ingredients, save one mint leaf and lemon juice, to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until chilled. Strain out ice and discard. Shake cocktail again without ice, and double strain (if possible) into a chilled coupe glass. Pour lemon juice on top of cocktail, and garnish with mint.

1.5 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Salted Caramel Cream
1 oz Wayne Gretzky Estates Ice Cask Whisky
1 oz KVAS Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
toasted granola garnish

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until too cold to hold and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with toasted oats/granola on top.
