Present Day - Hot Tub Time Machine Cold Brew
• 2 oz Espresso
• 0.5 oz Canadian Cream Liquor
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 0.75 oz Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz VSOP Brandy
• Garnish Cinnamon Stick
Method: To a shaker with ice add the Canadian Cream Liquor and heavy cream. Shake until chilled. To a rocks glass, add your espresso, simple syrup, and brandy. Float the shaken cream on top with a bar spoon. Torch the end of a cinnamon stick and use as a garnish across the rim of the glass.
